COVID-19 UPDATES
Title Connect has always provided our services in a clean and safe environment. That commitment to our customers safety continues to be a number one priority to us during this COVID-19 pandemic. Accordingly, we have continued to implement procedures in the settlement process that assure our compliance with Federal, State and Local guidelines.
Please check with our Settlement Service (Closing) options and ask for the one that best corresponds with your personal preference. It is important to us that you feel sate and secure as we assist you in closing on your real estate transaction.
Title Connect is an essential service as we provide both settlement services and insurance services. However, we practice social distancing and have implemented many safeguards to help protect us all during the settlement process. You can review these safeguards here:

- Screening – every person that enters our office must complete a screening form. Customer/Signor Form
- Social distancing – only 2 signors and 1 notary are allowed in the same closing room at one time.
- Office entry – entry into our office is by appointment only. Doors to the office are locked 24/7.
- Title Connect staff – is screened every day that they seek entry into our office or provide services to any customer. Our staff while in the office adheres to all Federal, State and Local rules of social distancing.
- In Office Closings – we have limited the number of closing times per day so that we can better manage the number of people in our office at one time and have time to sanitize the closing room before the next closing an take place.
